Flesh Made Sin Biography
FLESH MADE SIN is founded in June 1999 by Twan van Geel (vocals and guitar) and Bjorn van Hamond (guitar) with the intention to bring the ’80’s thrash feeling back in the vein of Slayer, Kreator, and Infernal Majesty. With Marco Stubbe (drums) and Marc van Stiphout (bass) joining in, the perfect line-up is a fact. In 1999 the first live performances take place and in May 2000 a MCD is released called “Scenery of Death”. While the MCD receives good criticism worldwide in the underground FLESH MADE SIN performs live with bands as Asphyx, Darkane, Nuclear Assault, The Haunted, Occult, God Dethroned and many more. In May 2002 their second assault is released, entitled `Masterwork in Blood’. FLESH MADE SIN is slowly becoming the scene’s best-kept secret! But even with this EP a deal is not found… Until 2004…

In May 2004, after a short Dismember/Callenish Circle tour in the Benelux, FLESH MADE SIN signs a record deal with Karmageddon Media, which results in recording the first full-length album. ‘Dawn of The Stillborn’. The album was received very well in the international press and a small tour with Macabre & Prostitute Disfigurement, numerous club shows and festivals (Festung, Arnhem Metal Meeting) are a fact.

In 2006 FLESH MADE SIN starts to work on their new album: ‘The Aftermath Of Amen’. In this period the band evolved into a more mature and modern metal band with a sharp and dark edge. Blackened Death/Thrash as you like! FLESH MADE SIN managed to capture a far heavier and darker approach within their musical derangements. Lyrically ‘The Aftermath of Amen’ is driven by a critical and sarcastic tone-of-voice to the Christian moral of humanity. In 2008 ‘The Aftermath of Amen’ is recorded at Marco Stubbe’s ‘Aftermath studios’. The album is produced by Marco Stubbe and is mastered by Jacob Hansen.

In May 2009 FLESH MADE SIN teams up with NEUROTIC RECORDS. Finally the band found a more than soothing partner in crime to spread their words. NEUROTIC RECORDS has been following FLESH MADE SIN for quite some time. With the `Aftermath Of Amen’ the band is ready to take things to the next level and they will claim their international status. Preceding the album release at the end of June 2009 the band will perform at NEUROTIC DEATHFEST 2009.

“The Aftermath: The time is now!
Amen: All is said and done; you are forgiven by our god almighty. Love your virtues and perish with no shame nor regret. Live fast & Die hard!”
